    a) Printer model
    b) Date purchased
    c) Detailed description of the problem.
    Emails are usually answered within 2 hours (including weekends!)

If you have questions relating to one of Universal's Inkjet or Toner Refill Kits, please call or visit the manufacturers website for refilling instructions or post questions.
